We've got three reviews on Amazon.com and none on Powells and Barnes and Noble. Is this inappropriate to ask? If so, disregard this post.
If the MFA Handbook has been helpful to you, I'd really appreciate it if you could drop a short review at one or more of these sites. It keeps suppliers interested, and it keeps the book alive. Perhaps most importantly, it keeps a second edition a reality.
Thanks in advance if you've got the time.

I don't think it is inappropriate to ask us to do this. You have provided us with a great service by handing out this free advice online. The least we can do is evaluate you!
Thanks.
I am just sorry I required a nudge. I found the book very helpful, and I wrote a review today at BN.com.
