Our favorite East Village punk rock bartender has a new name: Golden Gate Bait, and her question is:

I've been accepted to the University of San Francisco. What do you think about the program?

I think highly of it. I know a lot of current and former students, and they really enjoyed their experience. It's expensive, so that's something to factor in, and you won't receive a lot of teaching experience. On the other hand, you get a lot of attention from faculty, and there's a very good cooperative atmosphere within the program. You can also work among a number of genres there. And hey, it's in San Francisco, and that's always a good thing. The majority of students I've spoken with give it a definite thumbs up, and I've not heard anything that would indicate red flags.
