Small Literary Publications Feeling the Pinch at the Post Office

This cannot be happening! Another rate hike at the post office has editors scrambling and strategizing. Kevin Nance makes it seem like there is a real emergency. One publication might have to lower the number of free copies that they provide to MFA students across the country. I'm writing this as someone who remembers when geocities had virtual neighborhoods with colorful houses. Do you remember it? Years later, we have blogs and online subscriptions. This is like, too depressing to comment on. But interesting, because I wonder what adaptations it will force. It just kills me that Glimmer Train, say, has to eat it up and Better Homes & Gardens still gets a rate cut.
