Is your top-choice program in a state that's facing budget cuts?

"In case anyone else is interested in whether a state where they are applying is having budget troubles, I found a link to a chart that shows how all of the states' budgets are faring right now. Note that this is only through FY2009 and doesn't take into account any projections for the next fiscal year. I just thought this might be helpful."
